CooperLabs Scraper Foundry provides programmatic access to public B2B corporate domain metadata and public municipal building permit records. Customers agree to use all extracted datasets in compliance with applicable business outreach regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable).

2. Marketplace Billing and Rate Limits

Usage of our Apify Store Actors is billed under Apify's Pay-Per-Event (PPE) model. Usage of our REST endpoints on RapidAPI Hub is governed by your active monthly subscription tier and per-request overage schedule.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

Municipal permit data is sourced directly from public city and county portals (including Chicago DOB, Austin AMANDA, and San Francisco DBI). While we normalize and score records automatically, all data is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness for legal or structural engineering certification.
